"Action of this provision extends to the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who are constantly living in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and the foreign citizens of the member countries of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 working and living in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
