Item 9 of the list of services of telecommunication and mail service public, rates for which are regulated by the Ministry of Economics, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.01. 2014, 5/38337) to state in the following edition:
"9. The omission of internetwork traffic of operators of cellular mobile telecommunication within the country through networks of authorized operators of telecommunication in one minute of connection.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 9, 2015.
