The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 255; 2014, 36, the Art. 1194) after the paragraph of the fifth to add No. with the new paragraph of the following content:
