About modification of Article 16 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health care
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Part the fifth article 16 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine about health care (Sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, Art. 19; 2012, 14, the Art. 86) to add No. with offers of the following content:
"Pharmaceutical institutions are not subject to obligatory accreditation. Accreditation of pharmaceutical institutions can be performed on a voluntary basis".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, and becomes effective in 30 days after publication.
2. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine enforcement of the subordinate regulatory legal acts directed to implementation of this law from the date of its introduction in action.
