2. To committee of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Bayserkin B. of C.) direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To direct to administrative department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Akrachkov D. V.) this order to official publication after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Health, the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.A's Belonog.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
