For the purpose of reduction of the Procedure for accomplishment of administrative punishments in the form of social jobs and corrective works according to Articles 301, 321-1, 321-3, 321-4, 322 and 325 Codes of Ukraine about administrative offenses order:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for accomplishment of administrative punishments in the form of social jobs and corrective works approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 19, 2013 No. 474/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2013 for No. 457/22989, which are applied.

2. To department of interaction with authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Kozlovskaya N. A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine Bondarchuk I. V. and First Deputy Chairman of the Public penitentiary service of Ukraine of Oshovsky V. I.
