About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About unfair competition"

1.2. in the fourth and fifth paragraphs of the word "to subjects of the market … income gained for the last three months" shall be replaced with words "the total income (less the value added tax simplified and excise taxes) received on all types of activity for the last three months".

2. Add part 3 with the second offer of the following content:

"If subjects of the market do not pay the financial sanction timely or pay it partially, the relevant organ of the executive authority makes the decision on the direction of the requirement to execution for payment of the financial sanction or its unpaid part forcibly, and execution of this decision is forcibly performed by executive officials according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About execution".".
