About use of renewable energy resources

For the purpose of enhancement of single state policy in the field of use of renewable energy resources:

1. Determine that:

1.1. creation new, upgrade, reconstruction of the operating installations on use of renewable energy resources (further - creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources) are performed within quotas for creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources * (further - quota), procedure for establishment and which distributions it is determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;

* For the purposes of this Decree quotas for creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources are understood as the total electric power of installations on use of the renewable energy resources created in the Republic of Belarus which is established by types of renewable energy resources for a certain period of time.

1.2. the sizes of the coefficients applied in case of establishment according to the legislation of rates for the electrical energy made from renewable energy resources and acquired by the power supplying organizations being part of the national production association of power industry of Belenergo (further - the state power supplying organizations):

are differentiated depending on type of renewable energy resources, electric power, the actual service life of the equipment of installations on use of renewable energy resources on the date of input of the specified installations in operation, and also other parameters of these installations;

can be reduced for certain applicants - the legal entities who are not part of the national production association of power industry of Belenergo, and individual entrepreneurs, having intentions to perform creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources within quotas, at the initiative of the specified applicants;
