Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2014 No. 585 "About approval of the State program of development of selection and seed farming of grain, leguminous, technical and fodder agricultural plants for 2014-2020 and introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 2013 No. 961" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.06. 2014, 5/39017; 19:12. 2014, 5/39851) following amendments and changes:

1.1. add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Determine that the amount of reduction in cost of part of cost of the original and elite seeds made and realized by the scientific organizations of National academy of Sciences of Belarus performing scientific research in the field of agrarian sciences, the elite seeds with high high-quality and sowing qualities made and realized by the organizations performing activities for production of seeds of elite of agricultural plants, and also the list of agricultural plants which part of cost of seeds is subject to reduction in cost within implementation of the State program also realization of such seeds is annually determined by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food within the means of the republican budget provided on financing of actions of the State program in the current year according to production volumes.";

1.2. in the State program of development of the selection and seed farming of grain, leguminous, technical and fodder agricultural plants for 2014-2020 approved by this resolution:

1.2.1. in Chapter 2:

"The need for financial resources on reduction in cost in 2014-2020 of part of cost of the seeds of elite made and realized by the elitproizvodyashchy organizations makes 761 394 million rubles, including in 2014 - 51 319 million rubles, 2015 - 70 965 million rubles, 2016 - 90 049 million rubles, 2017 - 109 041 million rubles, 2018 - 127 933 million rubles, 2019 - 146 714 million rubles and 2020 - 165 373 million rubles.";
