According to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 "About approval of the Regulations on the external state loans and external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" and of May 15, 2015 No. 208 "About use of credit resources of National bank of development of China" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 252
1. Provide to National bank of development of China guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of the external loan issued to "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company in the amount to 700 million US dollars for provision of means of the external loan to legal entities of the Republic of Belarus, including subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship for financing of investment projects (further - guaranteed loan), and also in interest payment and other payments for use of guaranteed loan.
2. Determine that the guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus is provided after the conclusion:
the general credit agreement between "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company and National bank of development of China;
contracts on procedure for use and repayment of guaranteed loan between the Ministry of Finance and "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company.
3. To "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company provide target use of means of guaranteed loan, its timely repayment, interest payment and other payments for use to them.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
