About establishment of procedure and conditions of maintaining the list of medicines of the list "A"
Based on the paragraph of the fourth of part thirteen of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 161-Z "About drug circulation", the paragraph of the thirteenth subitem 8.17 of Item 8 and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that:
1.1. the list of medicines of the list "A" is kept by the Ministry of Health in the form of the electronic database within maintaining the State register of medicines of the Republic of Belarus;
1.2. in case of state registration (confirmation of state registration) of medicine the decision on reference of medicine to medicines of the list "A" which toxicological properties constitute potential danger for health and require special storage conditions, is accepted by the Ministry of Health based on the following criteria:
the expressed toxicity of medicine which is shown by risk of development of serious damages of bodies or tissues of the person, including risk of lethal outcome, in case of different methods of introduction and medical application, including in case of contact with integuments or mucous membranes;
the expressed risk of development of irreversible toxic damages of bodies and tissues of the person in case of repeated impact of medicine;
