Article 1. Subject of regulation of this Federal Law

This Federal Law regulates the single questions connected with carrying out in the Russian Federation the XV International contest of P. I. Tchaikovsky in 2015.

Article 2. The basic concepts used in this Federal Law

For the purposes of this Federal Law the following basic concepts are used:

1) tender - the XV International contest of P. I. Tchaikovsky which is carried out in the Russian Federation from June 9 to July 3, 2015;

2) directorate of tender - the organization determined by authorized federal executive body for carrying out tender;

3) the participant of tender - the citizen of the Russian Federation, the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship who are taking part in tender;

4) the judge of tender - the citizen of the Russian Federation, the foreign citizen or the stateless person which signed with directorate of tender the civil contract for performance of works (rendering services) as the judge of tender;

5) the invitation to participation in tender - the document confirming the right of person to participation in tender as the participant of tender or the judge of tender, issued by directorate of tender in the form approved by authorized federal executive body;

6) labor activity - work of the foreign citizen and stateless person in the Russian Federation based on the civil contract for performance of works (rendering services);

7) the period of carrying out tender - period from June 9 to July 3, 2015.
