About introduction of amendments to the Federal Law "About the innovative center "Skolkovo"

c) to add part 3 after the words "the territories of the Center which are in borders" with the words "and belonging to managing company on the property right";

d) to add part 4 after the words "being in borders of the territory of the Center" with the words "and belonging to managing company on the property right";

e) to add part 5 after the words "being in borders of the territory of the Center" with the words "and belonging to managing company on the property right";

e) add with parts 6 - 8 following contents:

"6. Borders of the territory of the Center can join the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property or the parcels of land on which state-owned property is not differentiated if the specified parcels of land are leased managing company for the term of at least than five years and have general border with the parcels of land which are in borders of the territory of the Center.
