1.1. to state subitem 5.30 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution in the following edition:
"5.30. performs measures for demonopolization of economy, keeps the State register of the business entities holding dominant position in the goods markets creates and keeps the State register of subjects of natural monopolies, determines procedure for factual determination of availability (absence) for antitrust violation, consideration of the applications about consent on transactions with shares (shares in authorized funds) of business entities, reorganization of business entities, creation of the commercial organizations and associations of business entities, and also procedure for determination of dominant position of business entity and procedure for consideration of the applications about check of compliance of the draft agreement to requirements of the antitrust law;";
