Make change to Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, of the Art. 916, No. 76, of the Art. 2151, No. 82, of the Art. 2330, No. 85, of the Art. 2393, No. 90, of the Art. 2581, No. 97, of the Art. 2782), having added subitem 3 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Bullet-proof vests (armor-clad vest), helmets pulezashchitny, other ware property, food, ware and the processing equipment used for providing food of the military personnel, fuels and lubricants for needs of Armed Forces, other military forming, law enforcement agencies, bodies of civil protection, Public service of communication and information security, the Public special service of transport in 2015 if the amount of such payment does not exceed 50 percent of their cost;".
