In departure from provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997, the Law on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature No. 172 of July 25, 2014 and the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 to resolve according to the procedure of exception import to the country and the room under customs regime of import, with exemption of import payments, without right to sell:
a) Federations of aerobics and shaping of the Republic of Moldova – the following property received on a grant basis (donation) through the Solidarity project of the European federation of gymnastics:
