About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2012 No. 779

a) exclude Item 5;

b) in Rules for apportionment between participants of foreign economic activity of the tariff quotas concerning fir-tree ordinary or firs white European and pines ordinary, exported out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation and the territory of the State Parties of the agreements on the Customs union to the European Union approved by the specified resolution:

items 4 and 5 to recognize invalid;

the paragraph one of Item 6 to state in the following edition:

"6. For execution of the license by the participant of foreign economic activity (further - the applicant) the following documents are submitted:";

recognize Items 10 and 11 invalid;
