Article 1. Voided according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic of 28.07.2017 No. 162
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About general conscription of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, about military and alternative services" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 2, the Art. 116) the following amendments:
in Article 12:
add part 1 with paragraphs the sixth and seventh the following content:
"staff of monitoring body of drugs;
the staff of bodies and organizations of criminal executive system, except the military personnel of Department on protection of correctional facilities and convoy of the convicts and persons taken into custody;";
part 5 after words of "internal affairs" to add with words "control of drugs, criminal executive system,".
Article 3. Voided according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic of 28.07.2017 No. 162
Article 4. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
