About approval of Rules of the direction in 2015 of funds of the normalized safety stock of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund for collateral financial provision of rendering specialized medical care by federal state institutions

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the direction in 2015 of funds of the normalized safety stock of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund for collateral financial provision of rendering specialized medical care by federal state institutions.

2. Recommend to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation to create working groups for development of offers on collateral financial provision of rendering specialized medical care by the federal state institutions including located in the territories of other subjects of the Russian Federation for the subsequent submission to the commissions on development of territorial programs of compulsory medical insurance created in accordance with the established procedure, having included in the specified working groups of representatives of federal state institutions.
