1. Approve the enclosed Rules of involvement of automobile carriers to liquidation of emergency situations.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to publication.

1. These rules of involvement of automobile carriers to liquidation of emergency situations (further - Rules) are developed for the purpose of implementation of the subitem 7) of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About road transport" and regulate procedure for involvement of automobile carriers to liquidation of emergency situations.
2. Involvement of automobile carriers to liquidation of emergency situations is performed for the purpose of the operational organization of transport service of actions for liquidation of emergency situations.
