These Methodical recommendations are prepared for the purpose of implementation of article 79.1 of the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 No. 323-FZ "About bases of protection of public health in the Russian Federation" (further - the Federal Law No. 323-FZ) and item 4 (1) the actions plan on forming of independent system of quality evaluation of work of the organizations rendering social services for 2013 - 2015, the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of March 30, 2013 No. 487-r.
