1. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan to distribute funds provided in the republican budget for 2005, in the amount 116 602,0 thousand (hundred sixteen million six hundred two thousand) tenge on ensuring journey to disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty according to appendix.

2. To provide to akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty:

in 2005 journey to disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War once a year by rail on countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States at the expense of means of the republican budget;

target use of budgetary funds and quarterly to the 15th following reporting quarter, submission to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information on use of target current transfers.

3. Approve the enclosed Rules of ensuring journey by railway transport to disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War in 2005 and uses of target current transfers.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan control of target use of target current transfers. To the Ministries of Labour and Social Protection of the population, transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty to take measures for proper execution of this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2005.
