Rules of exchange of documents in electronic form under the organization of information exchange

1. These rules establish procedure for information exchange of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, state non-budgetary funds (further - participants of information exchange) by means of exchange of documents in electronic form which list of types affirms the Government of the Russian Federation, except for exchange of electronic messages within provision of the state and municipal services.

2. In these rules the document in electronic form is understood as the electronic document which structure of details is determined according to the Rules of clerical work in federal executive bodies approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2009 No. 477 "About approval of Rules of clerical work in federal executive bodies"
