About features of application of the legislation of the Russian Federation on state regulation of the prices (rates) in the field of gas supply in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol

1. Determine that in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol till January 1, 2017:

a) establishment of the rates for gas transportation services which are subject to state regulation on gas distribution networks and the amount of payment for the supplying and sales services rendered by suppliers of gas to his consumers is performed by authorized bodies of the executive authority of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol in the field of state regulation of rates;

b) establishment of the wholesale prices for gas determined by federal executive body in the field of state regulation of the prices (rates), with differentiation for different categories of consumers is allowed, including establishment of the provided prices below of economically reasonable level for one categories of consumers due to price fixation is higher than economically reasonable level for other categories of consumers;

c) rates for gas transportation services on gas distribution networks can be approved for the term of less than 3 years.
