About organization of the Center of electronic control of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of proper and effective implementation of electronic control in work of state bodies and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About informatization", "About the electronic document and the digital signature", "About information access, being under authority of state bodies and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic", in view of the National sustainability strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2013-2017 approved by the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 21, 2013 No. 11, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Found the Center of electronic control of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Center).

2. Approve Regulations on the Center according to appendix.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- raise money for financing of the Center;

- develop and introduce in accordance with the established procedure the bill of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015 and the forecast for 2016-2017", having provided financial resources on content of the Center.

4. Establish the number of staff of the Center in number of 10 established posts without junior service personnel.
