About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the rights of entrepreneurs"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the rights of entrepreneurs" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2001, No. 1, the Art. 1) the following changes and amendment:
1. In all text of the Law of the word of "executive authority" to exclude.
2. To recognize part 3 of Article 1 invalid.
3. To recognize part 3 of Article 2 invalid.
4. In the paragraph the second Article 3 of the word "the signed international treaties" shall be replaced with words "the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic".
5. In paragraph four of part 1 of Article 4 of the word of "international agreements" shall be replaced with words "come in the procedure established by the law into force of international treaties which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic".
6. State Article 6 in the following edition:
"Article 6. State registration of subjects of entrepreneurship
State registration of legal entities is performed according to the legislation on registration of legal entities.
State registration of physical persons without formation of legal entity, and also the activities performed on patent basis are performed in tax authorities according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The refusal in state registration of subjects of entrepreneurship can be appealed in court.".
7. Recognize Article 7 invalid.
8. In Article 9 of the word "the signed international treaties" shall be replaced with words "the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic,".
9. In Article 10 of the word "Central Governing Bodies, State Bodies of the Executive Authority" shall be replaced with words "State bodies".
