Item 4 of Rules of the mode at the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation approved by the order of Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 451-OD (it is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on February 22, 2011, registration No. 19919) with the changes made by the order of July 26, 2012 No. 122-OD (registration No. 25290) is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 28, 2012, to state in the following edition:
"4. Legal acts (orders) of heads of territorial authorities of Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation approved with division managers of border control and chiefs of customs in which region of activities check points are located and also with administrations of the airports (airfields), sea, river (lake) ports, railway, automobile stations and stations (further - objects of transport infrastructure), based on these rules and taking into account local conditions, and also plans of ensuring transport safety of objects of transport infrastructure and instructions on the access and inside control of these objects for each check point, determine space and temporary limits of action of these rules, and also the territories and rooms where are directly performed border and customs control, and in cases, established by international treaties of the Russian Federation and the Federal Laws, and other types of control.".
