3. The declaration on transactions with wood is submitted in form according to appendix.

4. The declaration on transactions with wood is submitted within 5 working days from the date of the conclusion, change or cancellation of the contract for wood alienation, including for the purpose of export from the Russian Federation, but no later than one day before wood transportation.
