Article 1. In the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the basic principles of the budget right in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 10, the Art. 374):

- the part three of Article 19 determines that the copayment amounts the population for medicines, food and separate types of the medical services provided over the packet of the state guarantees established by the state are not included in the list of special means of the government budget and in budget process;

- the Item "e" of part one of Article 33 determines that in case of the state need separate types of tax accumulate at the regional level for centralized financing of some types of activity, including health care.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the moment of publication.
