About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine of rather state investment projects

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. To add part one of Article 2 with Items 20-1 and 20-2 of the following content:

"20-1) state investment project - the investment project realized by way of the state investment into objects of state-owned property with use of the state capital investments and/or the loans (loans) attracted by the state or under the state guarantees;

20-2) state capital investments - the capital expenditures of the government budget (loan granting from the government budget) directed to creation (acquisition), reconstruction, technical retrofitting of fixed assets of state-owned property which expected useful life exceeds one year".

2. In the second offer of item 4 of part one of Article 21 the word "approval" shall be replaced with words "approval or selection", and the words "with the forecast of the Government budget of Ukraine for the following for planned two budget periods" - the words "annually with the forecast of the Government budget of Ukraine for the following for planned two budget period and the bill on the Government budget of Ukraine".

3. Third parts five of Article 28 to add the paragraph with the words "including information on implementation of investment projects on budget programs with indication of degree of their readiness and amounts of the means necessary for completion of such projects".

4. In Article 32:

Part third after words "expenses and crediting of the budget" to add 1) with words "(including the total amount of the state capital investments on development and implementation of the state investment projects)";

To add 2) with part four of the following content:

"4. Planned and forecast on the following for planned two budget periods amounts of the state capital investments on development and implementation of the state investment projects are determined taking into account:
