About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" concerning frequency, payment due dates of unemployment benefit
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 22, Art. 171 with subsequent changes) to add article 22 of the Law of Ukraine with parts ten and the eleventh the following content:
"10. The unemployment benefit is paid at least two times a month, and in the consent of the unemployed - once a month according to the procedure, established according to part seven of article 23 of this Law.
11. Lump sum payment of the help with unemployment for the organization by the unemployed of business activity is performed within 14 days after day of implementation of state registration of the legal entity, the physical person - the entrepreneur".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective in month from the date of its publication.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of publication of this Law:
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
