The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Poland (further - the Parties),
being guided by the principles of respect of sovereignty, territorial integrity of the states and immunity of frontiers,
in view of need of determination and designation of point of joint of frontiers of Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Poland,
agreed as follows:
1. The point of joint of frontiers of Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Poland (further - point of joint of borders) is on crossing of the line passing the Western Bug (Bug) on the middle of the river with the line which is continuation of the southern brow of the channel of Mostitsky.
2. The point of joint of borders is designated on the delimitation card of joint of frontiers of Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Poland of scale 1: 10000, which is integral part of this agreement.
1. The point of joint of borders affects the area border marker Bug (further - border marker).
2. The parties in three-months time from the effective date of this agreement will create the joint Ukrainian Belarusian-Polish commission (further - the Joint commission) for the purpose of designation of point of joint of borders at the area and preparation and signing of demarcation documents.
Demarcation documents - the Protocol of border marker Bug, the Demarcation map of joint of frontiers of Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Poland, the Final protocol of the Joint commission - consist in triplicate, everyone in the Belarusian, Ukrainian and Polish languages.
3. The Parties cover the expenses connected with accomplishment of the joint operations specified in Item 2 of this Article on the parity basis.
