About modification of the Procedure for appointment, recalculation and carrying out insurance payments
According to articles 17 and 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and the occupational disease which entailed disability" and for the purpose of implementation by working bodies of executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine of transfer since March 1, 2014 of monthly insurance payments to victims (members of their families) board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for appointment, recalculation and carrying out insurance payments approved by the resolution of board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine of April 27, 2007 No. 24, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2007 at No. 715/13982 (with changes), the following changes:
third subitem 6.4.2 of Item 6.4 of Chapter 6 to add paragraph two of subitem 3.8.2 of Item 3.8 of Chapter 3 and the paragraph with words and figures "in 2014 - 1,079".
2. From labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine to provide to executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
