For the purpose of determination of authorized state bodies on implementation of the state control (supervision) of observance of requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Determine that the state control (supervision) of observance of requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union is exercised by the following authorized state bodies:

a) The state inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic - behind observance of requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union:

- about safety of pyrotechnic products (TR CU 006/2011);

- about safety of machines and the equipment (TR CU 010/2011);

- about safety of the devices using the TR CU gaseous fuel 016/2011);

- about safety of the equipment for work in explosive environments of TR CU 012/2011);

- safety of elevators (TR CU 011/2011);

- about safety of small size vessels (TR CU 026/2012);

- about safety of the equipment working under excessive pressure (TR CU 032/2013);

- about requirements to lubricants, oils and special liquids (TR CU 030/2012);

- about requirements to automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and ship fuel, fuel for jet engines and to fuel oil (TR CU 013/2011);

- about safety of the low-voltage equipment (TR CU 004/2011);

- electromagnetic compatibility of technical means (TR CU 020/2011);

- about safety of railway rolling stock (TP of TS 001/2011);
