Add subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 with No. 591 "About holding procedures of purchases in case of construction" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.01. 2014, 1/14721) paragraph the sixth following content:

2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus the notification of the Eurasian economic commission, Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on signing of this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
