About change of appendix No. 9 to the Order GGNI No. 16 of January 14, 2013 about determination of procedure, structure and conditions of submission of information by the subjects specified in articles 92 and 226-11 of the Tax Code

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of part (3) article 226-11 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (переопубликован in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, and based on Item c) parts (1) article 133 of the Tax Code I ORDER:

1. Change appendix No. 9 to the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 16 of January 14, 2013 about determination of procedure, structure and conditions of submission of information by the subjects specified in article 226-11 of the Tax Code (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova of 2013, No. 15-17, Article 47), according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to management of the taxation of physical persons with the high income publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and placement on the www.fisc.md portal of the explanatory letter on change of structure of information requested according to Item f provisions) part (5) article 226-11 of the Tax Code for the subjects specified in Item 9) to part (2) article 226-11 of the Tax Code, within 5 working days from the date of entry into force of this order.

3. To management of maintaining documents and archiving to inform of this order all structural divisions of the Main state tax authorities and territorial state tax authorities.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
