About the prevention and fight against human trafficking

This Law determines organization-legal bases by the prevention and fight against human trafficking, the procedure for coordination of activities of the bodies performing fight against human trafficking installs system of measures for protection and assistance to the victims of human trafficking.
The concepts used for the purposes of this Law are applied in the following value:
recruitment - employment, set of faces for accomplishment of any works, attraction them to any activities, including illegal, involvement in structure of any organization, including activities of which is prohibited by the law;

the national mechanism of redirection of the victims of human trafficking is set of actions of state bodies, non-profit organizations, and also the specialized agencies directed to assistance and protection of the victims of human trafficking;
