Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2008 "About National assembly of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 172, 2/1467) the following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 19:
from the paragraph of the fourth of part one of the word of "Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus" to exclude;
after part one to add Article with parts of the following content:
"The House of Representatives, Council of the Republic has the right to appeal to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus with the offer on statement of line item of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus on the documents accepted (published) by foreign states, the international organizations and (or) their bodies and infringing on interests of the Republic of Belarus regarding compliance of these documents to the conventional principles and rules of international law.
State bodies which according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on the constitutional legal proceedings have no rights of entering into the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus of offers, other organizations, and also citizens, including the individual entrepreneurs having the right to address the House of Representatives, Council of the Republic with initiative about entering of offers into the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus, which consideration to subordinated Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus.
The procedure of consideration of such addresses by chambers of National assembly is determined by regulations of chambers of National assembly taking into account requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus about addresses of citizens and legal entities.";
