According to Articles 15, 55 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Chapter 4 of the Section II of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of order of registration of banks, opening of separate divisions by banks DECIDES: Board of the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Approve:

Changes in the Regulations on order of registration and licensing of banks, opening of separate divisions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 8, 2011 No. 306, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 18, 2011 for No. 1203/19941, which are applied;

2. (Novikov V. V.) to submit to department of normative and methodological ensuring bank regulation and supervision (Ivanenko N. V.), Legal department this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of normative and methodological ensuring bank regulation and supervision (Ivanenko N. V.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
