About measures for further development of small and medium entrepreneurship

For the purpose of further development of small and medium entrepreneurship I decide:

1. Accept government proposals of the Russian Federation:

a) about renaming of open joint stock company "Non-bank deposit credit institution "The agency of credit guarantees" in "Federal Corporation on Development of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship" joint-stock company;

b) about preserving 100 percent of shares of "Federal Corporation on Development of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship" joint-stock company in federal property until implementation of additional share issue and their placement on the closed subscription.

2. Consider the main objectives of "Federal Corporation on Development of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship" joint-stock company:

a) rendering financial, infrastructure, property, legal, methodological and other support to subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship;

b) attraction of money of the Russian, foreign and international organizations for the purpose of support of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship;

c) the organization of information, marketing, financial and legal support of the investment projects realized by subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship;

d) organization of events, the purchases directed to increase in share (in annual amount) goods, works, services by the state corporations, state-owned companies, economic societies in which authorized capital share of the Russian Federation exceeds 50 percent, and affiliated economic societies which more than 50 percent of the authorized capital belong to the specified legal entities, and also other customers at subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship;

e) implementation of assessment of conformity of purchases of goods, works, services to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation providing participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchases;
