Additional notes of the Eurasian Economic Union to group 85 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 54) to add No. with the note 5 of the following content:
"5. In goods item 8501 terms "capacity" mean rated output power.".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
