About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services" concerning disclosure of information

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 1, the Art. 1) the following changes:

Article 12-1 to add 1) with parts four and heel of the following content:

"4. Financial institutions, supervision of which activities is exercised by the national commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, shall open also by placement on a grant basis in its public information database about financial institutions and on own websites (web pages) in the amount and procedure established by said commission, the following information:

1) full name, identification code and location of financial institution;

2) list of financial services by financial institution;

3) the information about owners of essential participation (including persons exercising control of financial institution);

4) information about structure of the supervisory board and executive body of financial institution;

5) data on separate divisions of financial institution;

6) data on the license and the permissions issued to financial institution;

7) annual financial and consolidated financial statements;

8) data on initiation of proceeedings on bankruptcy, application of the procedure of sanitation of financial institution;

9) decision on liquidation of financial institution;

10) the financial institution other information which is subject to promulgation according to the law.

5. Financial institutions provide availability of information posted on the websites (web pages) according to part four of this Article, at least for the last three years";
