About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning reforming of law-enforcement bodies

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

1) in Article 238:

in the name of the word "veterinary militia" to exclude;

in word part one "The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is considered" to replace with the word "considers";

in part two:

in paragraph one of the word "Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" to exclude;

in the paragraph the second to exclude the words "chief state inspector of veterinary militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine";

in paragraph three of the word "inspectors of veterinary militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, chief state inspectors of veterinary militia of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" to exclude;

in paragraph four of the word "state inspectors of veterinary militia of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" to exclude;

in paragraph five of the word "inspectors of veterinary militia of the cities and areas" to exclude;

in word part three "inspectors of veterinary militia of the cities and areas" to exclude;

The seventeenth Item of 1 part one of Article 255 of the word of "representatives of divisions of veterinary militia" to exclude 2) in the paragraph.

2. In the name and the text of Article 496, parts one of Article 500 and part three of Article 501 of the Code of penal procedure of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88) of the word "criminal militia for children" in all cases shall be replaced with words "authorized division of law-enforcement bodies" in the corresponding case.
