About requirements to project development of the water protection zones and coastal strips

1. Determine that:
1.1. project development of the water protection zones and coastal strips provides implementation of the following work types:
1.1.1. preparatory which include:
matching and acquisition of necessary planned cartographic materials;
collection and systematization of data on hydrological characteristics of superficial water object, river drain, the area (including water-collecting) and extents of superficial water object, its target use, sources of pollution of surface water, and also the data and materials characterizing the existing environment and nature of land use, including land relief and type of lands;
the analysis of functional use of the researched territory, determination of level of technical infrastructure of the researched territory;
1.1.2. field which include:
refining on the area of environment (basic elements of the relief adjacent to superficial water object, condition and nature of use of lands, determination erozionno dangerous sites, and also types of the lands including which are under building) with drawing on planned cartographic materials of the sites which are subject to grassing, crops and landing of water management afforestations, land reclamation;
