1. The executive documents issued or which are taken out by courts of Ukraine till March 18, 2014, being subject for this date to execution in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol are performed according to article 11 of the Federal Law of October 2, 2007 No. 229-FZ "About enforcement proceeding" taking into account the features established by this Federal Law.
2. The executive documents issued or which are taken out by courts of Ukraine till March 18, 2014 based on the court resolutions which took legal effect underwent consideration in court of cassation instance according to parts 9 - the 16th article 9 of the Federal constitutional Law of March 21, 2014 No. 6-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol", have the same legal force, as the executive documents issued or which are taken out by courts of the Russian Federation and are subject to forced execution according to the Federal Law of October 2, 2007 No. 229-FZ "About enforcement proceeding".
