"1. 2. The operating procedure and compensations at night of employees of FIFA, the affiliated organizations FIFA, partners of FIFA, confederations, national football associations, the Organizing committee Russia-2018, its affiliated organizations which labor activity is connected with implementation of actions can be established by the collective agreement, the local regulation, the employment contract. At the same time are not applied to the specified workers of the requirement of article 154 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation during sports competition, and also during other actions included in the list of actions created by the Organizing committee Russia-2018 according to Item 12 of part 1 of article 5 of this Federal Law and in ten days prior to these actions, ten days after them.
