1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2012 No. 9 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for installation, servicing, removal of control facility of tax authorities and procedure of functions of data-processing center" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 39, 8/25208) the following changes:
1.1. in word preamble "plastic cards as policy tool of calculations in the territory of the Republic of Belarus in case of sales of goods, performance of works, rendering services, implementation of activities in the field of gaming, lottery activities, holding video interactive games" shall be replaced with words "payment cards in case of sales of goods, performance of works, rendering services, implementation of activities in the field of gaming, lottery activities, holding video interactive games and release into the stream of commerce of the cash equipment";
1.2. bring in the Instruction about procedure for installation, servicing, removal of control facility of tax authorities and procedure of functions of data-processing center approved by this resolution, changes and amendments, having been reworded as follows it it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
