"Article 17.1. Examination of the report

For the purposes of this Federal Law examination of the report is understood as actions of the expert or experts of self-regulatory organization of appraisers for the purpose of verification of the report signed by the appraiser or appraisers who are members of this self-regulatory organization on compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on estimative activities (including to requirements of this Federal Law, federal standards of assessment and other acts of the authorized federal body performing functions on normative legal regulation of estimative activities), standards and rules of estimative activities, and in case of conducting examination of the report on determination of market value of object of assessment also for the purpose of confirmation of market value of object of assessment determined by the appraiser in the report.
