About modification of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" concerning acceptance in operation of the construction objects constructed without the permission on accomplishment of construction works

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Item 9 of the Section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 34, Art. 343; 2014, 1, 4) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"9. The body of the state architectural construction supervision till December 31, 2015 free of charge within 10 working days from the date of filing of application by owners (users) of the parcels of land on whom the construction objects constructed without the permission on accomplishment of construction works by results of technical inspection are placed accepts in operation:

the individual (farmstead) apartment houses, garden, country houses, economic (home) buildings and constructions constructed during the period from August 5, 1992 to March 12, 2011;

are constructed till March 12, 2011:

public buildings of I and II categories of complexity;

buildings and constructions of agricultural purpose of I and II categories of complexity.

The procedure for acceptance in operation of such objects and carrying out technical inspection is determined by the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of town planning. At the same time technical inspection of individual (farmstead) apartment houses, garden, country houses with a total area up to 300 square meters inclusive, economic (home) buildings and constructions with a total area up to 100 square meters is inclusive carried out during their technical inventory count with the corresponding mark in technical data sheet.
