About modification of article 17-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of agricultural industry of Ukraine"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. In paragraph one of Item 17-2.3 of article 17-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of agricultural industry of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 49, Art. 527; 2009, No. 43, of the Art. 638) of the word and figures "with quantity of cattle at least 500 heads, sows - at least 1200 heads and birds - at least 1 million heads" shall be replaced with words "for content of cattle, pigs, birds (including natatorial and turkey-cocks), milking halls and the meat-processing companies formed on the cooperative beginnings".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
